A valuable client recently contacted us after a post-Chinese New Year delay resulted in their cargo being diverted from China to the UK, almost a thousand miles from its final destination in eastern Europe. Our customer faced the tricky dilemma of having to work to a limited budget, combined with a same-day delivery requirement on the other side of Europe.
